Softuk - problems?

Hiya all - and a Merry Christmas too!

I put in an order for a few xbox games for my son on 8/12, I've just been to track the order and the softuk site won't load at all. Is anyone aware of any problems? I spent about £50 on my cc, so its not a fortune, but its way more than I can afford to loose....

I just tried softuk and yes it isnt working tonight it was earlier so I assume they may well be a problem with it

Thanks Poppycat (my cats called Poppy too!). I've just been googling them and the comments are not too promising. I used find-games.co.uk and stupidly presumed as they were linked to them, there would be no issues. Oh well, I'll try again tomorrow, and try ringing them too - ya live n learn eh?

Hope you get your order. I haven't heard anything about them tbh other than they use to spam hotukdeals and odd person on here as been caught promoting them via referral

Hi, I placed an order with them this week. Although the site seems to be playing up, I kept trying and eventually it shows my order as despatched onthe 10th - so fingers crossed.

I've emailed and been trying to phone all day but its engaged. Order still pending....

My order placed 30th November is still listed as 'Pending'. Money was debited straight away. No contact at all. I'ld seriously advise people not to be ordering from them at the moment.

I've been in toch with credit card company and they are sending out `dispute' paperwork. I wouldn't normally fuss so much but I have seen nothing but bad comments on the internet. I also emailed joe at softuk . com and all of a sudden one of my items have changed from pending to cancelled... coincidence? Maybe...

I've had a similar experience and am hoping to get my credit card company to help me out.

I ordered in-stock goods and they promised immediate despatch but now, over 2 weeks later, my order is still 'pending'. I've sent about 20 emails this week and all have been ignored. I've also been phoning their customer service line but this is either always engaged or there is a message saying "Your call cannot be taken and you cannot leave a message". Doesn't inspire much confidence, does it?

I would strongly advise against using this company at the moment - I consider them to be extremely disreputable.
