  • Well, the latest update is that the order is listed as dispatched.... I wonder if that email to joe directly did the trick? Maybe if you too are having problems, send your email to Joe @ softuk . com rather than customer services @ softuk . com
    The item that was cancelled hasn't been refunded to my card yet but I'll keep this thread updated. If anyone else is having problems - tell us about it. Everyone can make mistakes in their business, but for me, poor customer service is unforgivable....

  • I placed an oder for few ds games on Nov 11th, part of money was debited from my account, when I rang they said one of the games wasnt in stock, the rest would be dispatched immediately. I then ordered a few other games at beginning of December, and now this item wont track, I have repeatedly e mailed with no replys and have tried constantly from 9 am since thurs morning to get through by telephone. The two orders total over £120 which I just dont have to go out spend all over again should the items not come. Despite the fact I had my tonsils out last week and can't get out to do any shopping now.
    My son has ordered from this site numerous times throughout the year with no problems, so maybe its just the xmas rush.
    However customer service costs nothing and I for one am becoming very concerne by this company!!
    Dont order from them.

  • me again....i have checked with the verisign secured website that this company claim to use to safeguard transactions and they aren't registered, must just be using the logo.

    Looks like we've been stung but this websitemay help us not be in the future?
    I have rang other companys in the same building who dont seem toknow if this company is still trading but I am going to try again tomorrow.

    Well the games arrived today by registered post. They are all in sealed cellophane and look new. They were in a jiffy bag that was ripped in a couple of places but they lok fine. Thankfully this has turned out okay but I won't be ordering again. Too much risk, poor customer service, and lots of question marks about the company in general.
    I think if they had just been honest and posted a message saying they were snowed under, it would have helped their reputation somewhat....


    MINXTRESS; Youcan't post actual amail addresses here, it turns everything after the @ sign into exclaimation marks. I'll write it now but with spaces, just take out the spaces to email him. If you get stuck pm me.
