Read what the BPA CoP version 8 dated January 2020 says about changes at a car park and about prominent signs and extra signs etc ! Clearly it has changed to a new parking company who should comply with the BPA CoP

Appeal as keeper using the blue text template from the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum in announcements , plan B , but your best option is plan A , complaining to the retail park management , getting it cancelled by one side of the contract , the retail park management or landowner

If you did pay , see who you paid and why , because it should have been the company on the signs , so ditto at the PDT machine , so it seems you contracted with Parkmaven but paid Britannia , new signage issues being the key here

The driver didn't pay at the Britannia machine, did they?

If it is pay-on-exit, how did the driver get the car out without paying the correct amount to the correct PPC?  It is barrier controlled from the pictures - assuming that is the same car park for which you received the PCN.

Yes, I think they did, like my relative did.  That's in the alleyway between the two car parks and you 'pay on exit' by paying there.  So you can see why people make this mistake.

I did say 'turn detective' and look for forgotten NCP signs in corners, at the machines, on all floors. We've only seen entrance signs, that I said would be there.  I didn't ask for photos of just the entrance, I said go to every floor, 'turn detective' and find any forgotten signs from NCP.  Also show us what it says by the machine that you are meant to pay at (NOT the Britannia one).

Where are he photos of the payment machines for ParkMaven and where are the pics of the signs inside on other floors?   Was every corner checked on every floor, for NCP signs?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The T&C are horrendous.  Reams of minute promnt.     I doubt that they comply with the unfair T  & C provisions of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.  Read this and complain  to your MP
