Last minute holidays refund

Hi , has anyone been successful with getting a refund from last minute holidays , We booked three flights to India with them and just could not get hold of them to ask for a refund and so we applied for a refund with the credit card but they said that we had exceeded the 120 days needed to claim that is because we were waiting to hear back from last minute.com . We booked flight only with air India through last minute holidays what can we do? Will a small claims court work?

Has there been any response from LastMinute ?

Plenty of posts on here/elsewhere about their practices but only worth considering court if you were actually entitled to a refund

How would I find out if they allowed for a refund ?  The flights were cancelled we didn’t cancel. There are 70 posts is just so confusing

What airline did you book with? It may be that they haven't received the money from the airline yet.

Your problem with taking them to court is they are based in Switzerland.

You have said you used a credit card, if you did the 120-day limit does not apply at all, you have 6 years to make a claim. The 120 days relates to chargebacks for debit cards but in any case, there can be problems when you book through an agent, but it is certainly worth having a go as legal action whilst possible as they have offices in London, will be very slow, the average time for hearing for a small claim issued last year was 51 weeks!

has Air India confirmed if they have issued a refund to LastMinute? (third parties don't refund the passenger until they receive the money from the airline, then they will deduct their service fees and pass the remainder to you)
