Roaming charges
I am thinking of changing my provider & taking out a 12 month Sim Only Contract with ID Mobile ... an MSE recomended good deal ... At present they are not charging to use your UK allowances in the EU...
BUT ... can they implement charges DURING the term of the Contract if their policy changes?

Yes and No. If they make a change like that mid-term they likely must give you the option to end the contract early without penalty. Check the terms.1
