ZZPS - Warning Letter... What Can I do now...

What does the day to day keeper's (daughter's) lease/AST/property rental agreement say about parking, permits, private parking companies, PCNs, paying PCNs, and court claims?
What it doesn't say is just as important.
It will have primacy of contract over anything an unregulated parking company has to say.
What happened when a complaint was made to the landowner/landlord/management agency?
Has a complaint to the day to day keeper's and registered keeper's MPs been made yet?
This could all be avoided if parking companies used due diligence to check the existing rights to park of residents before they started operations, and used a whitelist of vehicle registrations.
When will the day to day keeper be moving home to get away from this parasitic infestation?
I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Sorry I meant my wife received it this morning so should have said we as she is the registered keeper. I should have been clearer.Le_Kirk said:
Not sure why you received the debt collector's drivel if your wife is the RK.Mr_tim said:Hi, I Received a Debt Collection Notice for £170 from ZZPS this morning and the car is registered in my wife's name.2 -
No i would never do this on a speeding ticket. Thanks..Umkomaas said:If so did the OP then receive a NTD in his name?Bit of a mess with the father saying he was driving his wife's car when in fact it was their daughter doing so.Don't try this tack if your daughter or your wife picks up a speeding ticket. Google Chris Huhne, Vicky Pryce - jail time!
It was just that the car is registered in my wife's name, My daughter drives it and lives in Leeds and I live down south. She has a flat there with a car park permit, she was parking at her flat and failed to display her permit one day and the warden issued a ticket, the debt notice comes to my wife as registered keeper, she wants to pay it and be done with it, I said no and that I would take it on and look into it and we were not going to pay it so when I spoke to ZZPS i messes up and said that I was driving at the time and I should have not called them at all i now know....Am gutted that I didn't read the threads here first.2 -
Quick side thought..... when you did call ZZPS did anything in the call ( or letters) suggest that the call was being recorded? The pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.3

No need to say we , or I in this case
Just say , my wife , or my partner , naming the entity without naming the person
If your wife received a letter , just say so , if she is the RK ! Thank you3 -
Only on when you initially call, You get the "These calls maybe recorded" on the message and then put on hold for 40 mins to wait to actually speak to someone.Trainerman said:Quick side thought..... when you did call ZZPS did anything in the call ( or letters) suggest that the call was being recorded?0 -
I don't think a lot of these companies monitor or record calls because they are unregulated and also it is common knowledge their call operatives use underhand methods like bending the truth with misinformation (or lying in other words), making threats or using psychological abuse as Osner was openly boasting about "Mind Control" which is effectively gaslighting people and some of the staff at DCBL/ DRP love talking down to people. The reviews on Trustpilot give a good picture. I sent a SAR to DCBL and no phone Records, notes or recordings or transcripts were supplied in my SAR.Trainerman said:Quick side thought..... when you did call ZZPS did anything in the call ( or letters) suggest that the call was being recorded?
BUT even if it was recorded and not disclosed (or notes) then it will be inadmissible in court! They cannot withold, non-disclose evidence to pull out or draw reference to im Court! By doing this (by disregarding small claims court protocol) - they're also openly admitting to wilfully committing a Data Protection breach offence by not supplying it in your SAR report!!!
I would do a SAR to parking company, ZZPS and any other company involved so you know exactly what they've got before moving forward with this. ONLY communicate by Emails if you absolutely must!4 -
All everyone should do is read about ZZPS on TrustpioltMr_tim said:

People would be better off phoning the local zoo. But, ZZPS are BPA members. both come out of a cheap christmas cracker3 -
That was the point I was going to. The OP seems concerned that something said to ZZPS might compromise the defence. However, maybe there is a good chance that they can ignore that and use a better defence if ever needed in Court95Rollers said:Trainerman said:Quick side thought..... when you did call ZZPS did anything in the call ( or letters) suggest that the call was being recorded?

Anything said on the telephone can be disputed. Everything to do with theses PCNs should be in writing. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2
