Ideally fixed.  Many thanks

  • It is extremely unlikely that any fixed tariffs dated July 2021 are still available. Do you mean July 2022?

Smart meters do not increase your charges - charges depend on your use and the tariff applied. The energy market is in turmoil and there have been some big increases in charges recently and will be for some time to come.

Has your fix run out and have you either taken out a new fix (expensive) or defaulted to the SVT (less expensive)

More info please  - meter readings, date smart installed, tariffs.

It is possible that your smart is not communicating - can you read the meter itself (not the IHD toy) please ?

Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill
