    Morning all!

    Today I have/ will:
    • Checked banks
    • Attempted to squeeze more out of old toothpaste tube but I am satisfied that its now done! (Repeated a similar process last night with the shower gel - OH has a habit of moving on prematurely!)
    • Walk pooch
    • Load of washing on 30 degree eco wash - OH will hang on airer when it's done
    • Take lunch to work
    • Defrost car using warm water
    • Update spreadsheet
    • Dinner from stores
    • NSD?
    • Make plans for what needs to get done over the weekend
    • More crochet in front of the TV!
That's everything I can think of for now!
    Debt as at 5 June 2023 - £15,600.89
    Current debt - £5,100
Total paid off - £10,500.89 (67% paid off)

Not sure what it is with some people not wanting to finish the contents of tubes and jars. My husband is the same. I don't get it - after all, you have paid for all of it so why not use it all??
Today I haven't done anything much tbh :#
OH walked the dog, while I washed my hair
I folded the dry washing from the airer and put it in the airing cupboard till I can be bothered to sort it out
Went to the dental hygienist (not fun, and expensive, though she is a lovely lady whom I have been seeing for years). She informed me that the filling I am seeing the dentist for next week may turn out to be an extraction, or something else, as she thinks there is a hole in the root of the offending tooth. Not looking forward to it, whatever it turns out to be! And it will be expensive as well!
OH did the hoovering while I was out o:)
Dinner will be some of the casserole I made the other day.
I guess I ought to do some dusting and tidying up.

I'm home from work, was going to nap but not tired so made myself some toast and a coffee, obviously I've had to share my breakfast with the dog

I also plan on making some muffins later on

    Afternoon all :)
    Today I have / will:
Dog walk very early this morning, as we were going to a morning market.
Bought 3 packs of cheese, 3 packs of sausages, 6 free range eggs, 3 packs of butter and 2 bags of some savoury biscuits that OH wanted, all standard sizes and premium brands. £18 the lot. Much cheaper than the cheapest from the supermarket, and from a long established and trusted local trader.
Saw another seller with very nice looking home made cakes, £1.50 a slice. Very tempted, but came home and made 2 lemon drizzle cakes instead. I will freeze one of them when properly cool.
Also made pastry, and will transform the remains of an underwhelming casserole to a pie that I know OH will love, even if I remain ambivalent.
Had remains of the mushroom soup I made yesterday for lunch. OH had cheese, grapes and biscuits
I must go and poke around in the garden in a minute, as I reckon I can find a parsnip in there somewhere to roast to go with dinner :D

So, my manager from sainsburys just messaged me and asked if I could work tomorrow. I don't really want to but I need the money so I said yes  so I'll just swap out my Tuesday that I usually pick up over time with and work tomorrow. Now a mad rush to make my work lunch
