Probably not - they'll likely just start up when you open those apps.

That is a low amount of RAM for Windows 10 and any modern browser, are you able to install more, are you running the 64 or 32 bit version of W10? If you use the link below you can see if you can install more ram and if so what modules you would need. You don't have to buy from them though, so can buy from where ever you choose and often cheaper, even on Amazon.

It means they will not do whatever they normally do in the background, so I presume sync. Are they having a high impact on Start-up times? 

Are you able to post a screenshot of the Start-up section on Task Manager?
