T mobile cancellation charges but fulfilled contract

I recently fulfilled a contract with T Mobile, when I cancelled, my last bill was showing a credit of almost £200 so I requested a refund over a series of emails and was told I would receive this. I waited and eventually a cheque arrived for just over a pound, followed by a closing bill listing cancellation charges. I went in to the nearest store to ask about the charges and was told if I called them up they would explain what they were for. I dont really want to call them up, as I had loads of trouble getting through to try and cancel, was cut off three times and told to put my cancellation in writing, which I did, and it's receipt required a signiture , but the letter went missing and was never delivered. So just wondered if anyone here may have an idea of why I'v incurred these charges. Cheers

  • For the sake of £200 I would definately want to call them up.
