YBS when is an account number not an account number and which one is?!

Many thanks. Will contact CBS next weekYorkshire_Pud said:CBS will send you another transfer form in the post to return to them using ten digit number. Existing CBS isa is still open just the transfer was cancelled. Phone Coventry would be my advice and ask them to walk you through filling the form after it arrives. CBS confirmed to me they need the ten digit number for it to work with YBS. Good luck!

You always need the full ten digit YBS account number as a reference or roll number. The two extra digits identify (internally) what type account it is apparently.1
