Try contacting them on Facebook. Seems plenty of people have issues with points being added for purchased & these get sorted.Life in the slow lane0

The fact that more than just you are impacted by it and the fact that they have acknowledged it will mean that they are working towards a solution. Sometimes these things can take a lot more time than anyone desires. Nectar are a separate company to Sky, the cost of the Nectar points will be paid by Sky to Nectar, who then allow those points to be redeemed and money paid to the final retailer. My guess would be that something has gone wrong with matching up the new accounts created on Sky and linking them with the correct Nectar referral, followed by then tying that in with the payment from Sky which covers the Nectar points. The reason it might be taking some time could be that they are potentially needing to audit the whole process to find out where it has gone wrong, who has been paid vs not paid etc.Confused_in_Sheffield said:^ They admitted in early November they had an issue transferring them they have acknowledged I qualified for the offer.
I feel that I have given them more than enough time now. There are lots of people effected by it.
If you feel that you "have given them more than enough time now" then that is up to you, but I am not sure what you actually plan on doing because they have firstly not declined you, but have said that they are working towards a solution and secondly because like all cashback schemes payments are never guaranteed.2
