This is interesting, I'm not sure if its using live data though?

The short answer is "no, it isn't".

Another member was monitoring the Tracker forecasts during the autumn and regularly observed that they always predicted a fall in prices that never happened.

Going into Spring / Summer rather than Autumn / Winter it would make sense that both would fall as Solar power would deliver more to the grid and for longer per day, this in turn reduces Gas use to generate power at the same time that household & business Gas for heating is also reduced.
