Yes. You are the one breaking the contract, its not Virgins fault you are moving to an area where the contract cant be fulfilled.

Did you receive a email from Virgin saying your bill is going up in March ?  If so then that is your way of getting out of the contract. Tell them you want to cancel because you don't accept the new price increase. I believe you have until the 15 of February to cancel. Don't even mention moving when you call, just say you want to cancel because you can't afford the increase.

Yes.  You're moving (of your own choice), they haven't made you move.
