    Its a Grant Aerona 3

    @trevgen,

    If you don't know how to change things you could try this; it was a reply by Grant on another forum I'm on.

    "Our Technical Team would be more than happy to help. You can reach them on 01380 736920 from 7:30am to 6.00pm weekdays and 8:30am to 1:00pm on Saturday.

    We also have a customer handover guide and a series of videos which explain the Aerona3 controller, its settings and the display buttons. You may find these resources useful:

    Or post a question on the forum yourself; it's renewableheatinghub.co.uk

    That's a great help, I will run through the u tube posts from Grants. Thank you for the tip.
  • Hi thank you all for your really helpful answers I have a much better understanding of this system now. The tip to contact Grant technical was great as they have now talked me through how the system should have been set up from installation.
    The problem was that the plumber the builder used on my house was not conversant with ashp systems and should not have been installing it! He had not programmed the user set up correctly for an ashp !
    The moral is Builders should get someone who knows what they are doing to install these systems !
    Thanks again.

    Excellent idea - understanding how they work and how to use them would help us all and hopefully dispel some of the myths that surround them.
