In my email to them shall I mention the previous court order?1

You should certainly warn them, including the claim reference and dismissal, keeping copies for any future court claim, cause of action estoppel etc5

Wait until 1st October once the new joint code (joke IMHO) 'code of practice' is relevant then quote the bit about not interfering with residents' prior rights. Show the IAS the previous claim Particulars and the final outcome order and point to the farcical joint CoP. Also cite cause of action estoppel to the IAS.PRIVATE 'PCN'? They responded to my email stating my bay will be excluded from the scheme and any vehicles parked there will not be receiving PCNs.3
-
And they've cancelled the latest PCN?
Edit: don't be surprised if the parking operative deliberately uses your bay to park in whilst patrolling the site. If this happens take a photo of it and send the PPC a £100 PCN discounted to £60 for prompt payment.Jenni x4 -
Yes, they said they cancelled the latest PCN.
I know they do everything to make my life as uncomfortable as they can, so I will not be surprised to see their cars being parked there.2 -

But wait, your thread title says you have a court claim. It doesn't just fade away. What stage is the scam claim at now?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
