Parcel2Go - uploading documents for a loss claim. How?

Sent an item, tracker ID says arrived but seller says not.
Contact P2G via Live Chat who re-open a case (item was originally lost) and escalate to a loss claim.
I'm told to upload documents before the deadline & then they close the chat on me.
Re-connect to the live chat, ask what's going on & get told which documents I need to provide ..... only thing is, how do you actually upload them to the claim? I see no link whatsoever.
Anyone reading this had to do this before & can comment?

You could try hereUnder Self-Service one option is Open a loss or damage enquiry. That could possibly lead you somewhere where you can upload.Good luck - these companies seem to do their best to hide useful options!

If you go to My Account and then under Orders you can select "My Claims" and it will bring up any claims and you should be able to add it there.0

It says they're waiting on documents. I've hovered my mouse over just about every word to see if it's clickable and it's not.0

What a joke P2G are. They've closed my claim because I haven't uploaded the documents.
I emailed them in as per live chat. I got no reply.
I emailed again. Then had x-days of waiting before they said we're happy with this document but not that document - which was a screenshot of my eBay chat where the seller said they hadn't received the item back.
So then I screenshot an email where they state this and email that back.
A week later and I get the response that I haven't uploaded the document in time. Claim closed.
Won't be using this outfit again. No point in having protection on your item if they squirm out of paying up and don't enable you to upload any documents and then ignore your emails.
Complaint will be going in which will probably get ignored too but hey ho.0 -
I had to do it a few times, (years ago I can't even remember how to do it) then I realised they are an absolute joke and when something goes wrong it's often more hassle than its worth trying to recoup what little money you will ever get out of them.
they lost and broke 2 items of mine, but as I didn't have proof of purchase for them they couldn't verify the value and I only got the cost of the postage back after wasting way too much time fighting the case. you'd think an eBay sale of an item for £30 is proof of value, but they don't see it like that
never used them since, just go direct to a courier (Hermes, packlink etc ) then at least the contract is between you and them, with no middle man to slow things down and throw another 10 pages of trivial terms and conditions into it0 -
You're going to like this one.I got in touch with them via live chat to get their complaints dept address. Anyway they tried sorting it there and then.Top and bottom is - they closed the claim because on my proof of value screenshot (eBay receipt) the parcels recipient address different to the recipient address on the eBay screenshot.Yes, no poop!! Because I am the eBay BUYER so originally I will be RECEIVING the item but then when we have a situation where it's faulty and needs to go back to seller, they will then become the recipient.Parcel 2 Go couldn't understand.I said so let me get this straight - you're saying I should mark myself as the sender AND the recipient because I bought the item and had it sent to me originally? Are you for real? Give me that complaints address now because we're going to get nowhere through this live chat!0
