Dial-up ISP for use abroad

Hello!
I'm going on holiday for 2 weeks in January and I need to have internet access while there.
Rather than rely on internet cafe's and the like... I thought I could just sign up to a dial-up ISP and connect using my laptop and 56k cable while I'm out there (only need it for e-mails and e-banking so dial-up will be more than fine).
Unfortunately it doesn't seem too easy to sign up online to an ISP with a credit card for the country I'm going to (Bangladesh)... so instead, I saw this site:

Has anyone used this ISP before? If yes are they any good? There's no monthly charge for the dial-up only option, and the rate seems reasonable (0.255 cents p/m in addition to the cost of the local call).
Any thoughts welcome! Or if anyone knows of any other good international dial-up ISP services like this one they've used I would appreciate it!
