    Being a B2B contract makes no difference in this case so not sure why consumer law is mentioned here.

    It's a straight forwar breach of contract, you delivered he failed to pay.

    Past invoices won't get him off the hook, he should have disputed them at the time, instead he is holding you to ransom with them.

    The court would see it that way so send a LBA and let him decide what happens next. Small claims cout is pretty cheap and you claim back all the costs with the amount you are due, being B2B you can even charge interest on the amount due.
