Hello everyone.

Made a claim 3 weeks ago still haven't heard anything since. They asked me to provide flight documents about flight delay or cancelation which theres is none and i texted them that. After this never heard anything from them. Any ideas what to do would be apreciated

Would you like someone to read the policy terms and conditions of the insurance you bought for you?

I think you've answered your own question.

Unless your insurance specifically covers you for the reason you did not get on the plane that still operated, I guess you;re on a hiding to nothing.

    I'd read the policy.

You definitely need to read the policy.

Point 9 in Section A covering Cancellations might well be an issue.

9.Anyclaimsdirectlyorindirectlycausedby,occasionedby,resultingfromorinconnectionwithanyofthefollowing regardless of any other cause or event contributing concurrently or in any other sequence to the claim:

o Epidemics or infectious diseases: Infectious diseases caused by a virus belonging to the coronavirus family such as SARS and coronavirus COVID-19.
