Agreed which is why I used 'ensure', but it never fails to amaze me at how many people do not have a backup of important data (or think creating a new directory on the same disk is a good backup strategy), then they think it is my fault if I cannot restore their files.[Deleted User] said:

The first step is to ensure that you have everything backed up because if anything goes wrong you could be in a bit of a pickle.All sorts of events can cause unexpected data loss and they don’t have a “step 1”.
