Where is this car park?  Is it where you live, i.e. you are a resident? I am afraid the rest of your post, I cannot understand: -
i didn t even used my car a that time
    What does the above mean?
i done the appeal, asking also to prove that I've been in the car park with a video ( he got cctv operating h24) but  he didn t raplied ,just he sent the matter to an adjudicator, and now Im waiting for a result.

I doubt you will get a video as it is likely to be ANPR not CCTV.   What is this?  Where did you send the appeal and who has sent the matter to an adjudicator and who is the adjudicator?

-The car park is in Bedford
    -I don't live there
-I've appealed to the car park company and than to IAS after They redject my appeal,so after you appela with the IAS the matter goes to a indipendet kind of judge{not in court)

No it doesn't go to a Judge and they are far from independent, by all accounts.  Did you not know it's run by the trade body and they boast that 96% of appeals are rejected.

This is not an appeal service any consumer can rely on and is about to be replaced this year by the Government.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

There is , your local MP !

The MP s brought in the Private parking bill 3 years ago and regulations are due this summer ( delayed due to covid19 etc )

So hopefully things will improve after this summer 👍👍

I really found this forum very helpfull and I feel not alone anymore, really thanks to evryone that give me some advise on it
  • Hi everyone , the adjudicator has dismissed the appeal saying that i didn't prove enough that my car was parked on public land...,so i must pay the ticket , the only think is that the ticket is not anymore 60£ but while it was under appeal to IAS , the ticket its increased at 100£ is that  right ??thanks for the response in advance

It makes no difference what the figure is , if you are not paying it. Ie , if you are willing to put your case before a judge

The £60 was an early payment discount of £100 for the PCN , minus 40% as the discount. The original PCN charge and as shown on the signage would have been £100 , so no surprise that it's now rated at £100 , the full amount

I hope that you didn't expect the IAS to uphold your appeal ? We didn't , their track record is appalling
