hi everyone, hope somebody could me help, i got a car park ticket i believe is unfair,got fined because  the landlord private car park believe that I parked in them building without a residance permitt, they sent a letter with a pic of my car,witch was parked outside the gate, near the entrance of the car park but cleary no signs around or marked road saying that I couldn t park there, the pic are all darks and the time of entry and out are overnight , i didn t even used my car a that time, also the pic he got are just the fornt of my car, i done the appeal, asking also to prove that I've been in the car park with a video ( he got cctv operating h24) but  he didn t raplied ,just he sent the matter to an adjudicator, and now Im waiting for a result.

Where exactly did this alleged parking incident take place?

Where is this car park?  Is it where you live, i.e. you are a resident? I am afraid the rest of your post, I cannot understand: -

I doubt you will get a video as it is likely to be ANPR not CCTV.   What is this?  Where did you send the appeal and who has sent the matter to an adjudicator and who is the adjudicator?

Is it where you live or were you at someone's else house or flat ??

Who is the parking company that has sent you the ticket ??

Hi everyone, the company car park is regent parking,my missis lives nearby and we can't get the resident permit, anyway I asked the video because inside the site there are signals saying 24h CCTV operating , this company took pics of my car outside the gate of the entrance , darks pics , you barely can see my car, can I upload pic on thids forum ? many thanks to everyone

thank you very mutch for your help, they seem to be little bit dodgy, I've done 2 appeal ,one for me and another for my missis, the one of my missis been redject on them website without saying the reason,but when I appealed to IAS they approve it, my one still under investigation , plus they sent me others car park ticket ,similar pic of my front car outside the gate, same dark pic and they don't reply to me when I ask the video  that actually of my car entering inside the building,really I'm so stressed , specially when I think I haven't done nothing wrong
