Hi All Just wanted to ask for some advise really.. we’ve recently purchased our FTB NB house. We’ve been scheduled in for a meet the builder meeting. The answer will be different depending on what stage you have reached.

Exchanged contracts. Still on 2nd lift of the build so very early on. Completion due this summer. Hope this helps with any suggestions you may be able to make for us for our meeting.
