MSE/ Plusnet promoted Broadband deal - but incentive hasn't arrived??

I signed up for the Plusnet phone and broadband deal that was advertised on the site in November 2021. It stated that if you went through the link provided you would get a £75 voucher from PLUSNET after 60 days (I joined Plusnet on 1/11/21).
However this voucher has not arrived. I spoke withe Plusnet support staff who said to contact money saving expert direct as MSE would be issuing the voucher. However after looking at the MSE website, it you can't seem to do this. Has anyone else signed up for the deal and what was your experience and does anyone know who I need to contact to obtain this voucher- I wouldn't have signed up had I known I wouldn't have received the voucher as I'd have gone with Talk Talk
