County Court claim - unallocated parking

Dropbox link is fine; claimant has the same deadline as you for submitting "everything which they intend to rely on in court but usually leave it to the last minute and even in they are late, judges tend to give them more leeway that they do to defendants!
If your witness statement, being based on the one by @wobs2k, is backing up and supporting what you put in the defence then it should be fine.2 -
Thanks! I just checked with the court and they have confirmed that SIP paid the court fee in time so I guess that they still intend to move forward. It'll be interesting to see if I receive their WS today!1

I actually just realised i'm a complete idiot and this WS isn't due until next Monday as the hearing is on the 4th July. At least that gives me some extra time to improve it though before I submit if there's anything that could be improved on?1

Can you repeat the link here again please, as we are on a new page and we literally post and run from thread to thread here?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just bumping my thread as I've been knocked off the first page and I know that the people who help out on this forum are busy. I'm going on holiday tomorrow around mid-day until next Monday so any advice that I can act on in the morning would be greatly appreciated!1
-
Looks very good.
- I'd swap your 7-10 with 11-13, as I think it would flow better with all the stuff about signage coming first.
- I'd add the extra paragraph discussed yesterday in the thread by @aphex007, which acknowledges that the DLUHC Code is currently stalled (temporarily withdrawn as the industry threw its toys out the pram and a ton of money at it) but I hope my suggested extra paragraph points the Judge back in the right direction to take the will of Parliament into account anyway!
Lastly, you may want to add a costs assessment, at least asking for £95 (the court fixed sum) for attending a hearing and suffering loss of leave or income. See example in the thread by @wobs2k.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So I sent off my witness statement late on last night (flights back were delayed unfortunately!) and then had an email reply from SIP this morning saying that they filed a notice of discontinuance on the 9th June. I haven’t received anything from the court though so do I need to confirm this with them before I take it for granted that I definitely don’t need to show up for the hearing?
edit: I called the court (was on hold for over an hour though!) and they confirmed that it has been discontinued. Thanks for all the help over the past 2.5 years! Glad that it's finally over!1 -
I would call that a WIN!1
