Virgin contract not what I was offered on phone

I rang Virgin today asking what was the best deal they could possibly offer for broadband plus TV with some football. Guy offered me 200Mbps broadband, Bigger Bundle with BT Sport and a 10MB sim for £41.99. Sounded good so I accepted. Passes through to someone else, 45 minutes on phone, quite difficult to understand at times but finally got there. But when the contract has come through it's £29.99 but it's Big Volt Bundle with Mixit TV pack. Don't want to draw attention to it in case when it arrives I have BT Sport too but doesn't look good. I'd have been better off going through Quidco and getting the Big Bundle, which is discounted to £29.99 and looks the same but without the SIM, which I don't really need anyway. Any thoughts? TIA

Phone them back and get it corrected.

This happened to both my dad and me on separate contract negotiations last year. It seems endemic.0

I thought the " Volt " tariffs were where you had an existing O2 mobile contract ?0
