Make sure you put the actual image/item in the appeal rather than the URL as POPLA assessors will not chase links all over t'Intenet.

Have you considered shopping at Lidl or Aldi?   ,Have you considered telling this to ASDA?

FWIIW, my local ASDA has cancelled three ParkingEye PCNs for me recently.

Sorry for late reply. It has been hectic beginning of the new year. Yes I have told this to asda and past weeks we were shopping at Aldi’s. They are lot cheaper in fact 🤑

Thanks 1505grandad for pointing this out. As mentioned before I am only using mobile version of this forum. Unfortunately I don’t have access to desktop which makes editing a much harder task. I’ll make a correction before final popla appeal.

Hi All,

 Popla appeal submitted a couple days ago as I didn’t wanted to wait untill last minute. I have reached day 23/24.
Newbies post #3 very informative. Forum absolutely spot on.

Thanks to @Coupon-mad, @Le_Kirk, @Patient_dream & @FrankCannon for pointing me into right direction. Appreciated guys.

I’ll share results of my appeal regardless.

POPLA APPEAL SUCCESSFULL against Horizon Parking Ltd. 

Assessor decision: 

Operator failed to provide evidence of Landowner Authority and due to that the PCN has been issued incorrectly. I have raised other issues as ground for appeal, however, assessor allow appeal for this reason. Happy days 😁 Thank you

 I followed the template letter, much appreciated all the advice on this forum. Definitely always worth having a go, and taking it to popla.

@Coupon-mad is a lady. You can't even start to imagine how much influence she has had in shaping the new arrangements. Motorists across the UK will owe her a huge debt of gratitude for her work on the Government's national steering group developing the new Code of Practice, pulling the sting out of venal and rapacious private parking firms as the new Code is rolled out.
