I was feeling a little overwhelmed this morning by the situation.
They issue over 8 million PCNs a year most of those that are challenged fail. HAVE YO COMPLAINED TO YOUR mp?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
Ty kindly for the suggestion Coupon - Mad!
I do intend to do this and raise awareness to LD councillors. If not for me, for any other vulnerable person from the Lichfield district and surrounding areas who have experienced this.I’ve just acquired i for that states ppl in the same situation as me in the timeframe had there PCN overturned. It would help my evidence if I could find some of these people1 -

That's better, nice spikey approach. Bullies don't like those who fight back.I have gathered myself and dug deep to find my inner strength.I will not be bullied or harassed (which is against the law) by this company.Excel don't come under the auspices of POPLA so you won't find anything Excel-related in the POPLA Decisions sticky.Keep strong, keep fighting. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

How did this query mature? My wife used this carpark on three occasions and now has three invoices (PCNs). Cash was entered; she is unlikely to have made a mistake with her data entry, certainly not on 3 occasions, but EXCEL cannot see the reg number or something like it and seem also not to see the £2 cash payment. It is a paperless system so there is no proof of payment. Any thoughts? ( this is a new case but seems to follow on from the earlier thread ) EXCEL first response just restates their " we can't see you" position0
