You could always send a copy to the property his (ex) wife is at?!?!

The ex wife might be a good starting point to get an address from to send court papers, although you also need to make sure the guy has assets worth chasing... She might hate him and be pleased someone is coming after him for money!!
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

We would have tried speaking/contacting his ex, but she left him & moved from Hampshire down to Brighton, as she wanted to be well away from him. We have heard that he has some possible assets as he has a 4x4 pick up truck & a motorbike, we just hope that they aren't on finance.

We have heard that the elderly gent, who gave him a £5,000 deposit & had his bike cut in half, took him to court & this person tried to plead poverty & offered to pay a shocking £1 per week, which as far as we know was refused. How much he is paying exactly we don't know, as we have only had this information from the company in Wales, who are now trying to build this man the trike he expected in the first place.

But we have now filled in the forms, supplied all the information required & have put them in to the court, so he has until 30th January to respond, so we are just hoping he is so arrogant that he doesn't respond & we can ask for a judgement by default.

Thanks again for your advice, it is appreciated.
