We're getting off-topic, but just for the record he bought the coffees in Kyiv, which is more than 300 miles away from the sanctioned areas to which you refer (the oblasts of Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia). So First Direct were wrong to debank him.
