I am just not going to worry now and just enjoy my holiday when I go.
Have you booked it yet?
Obviously you need to be comfortable with when you book- but remember it is likely that prices will go up as people start to book and if you are going through a travel agent you might not be able to get the exact hotel you want if you leave it late. If the resort and hotel don't matter to you much - then booking last minute can work.Prices usually go down nearer the time, especially at off peak times. Been true during the pandemic too, got several incredibly cheap deals, all booked less than 10 days in advance. If you want a specific hotel there'll be a risk of it filling, but there'll almost certainly be similar hotels available. Also in the current environment it allows you to assess the COVID situation nearer the time, so you can see eg if restrictions at the destination make travelling there worth it for what you want to do (eg I wouldn't have liked to book to go to Turkey and then get told have to wear face masks on the beach!)0 -
