The picture shows four of them - did you think you were getting four?
yes I did very disappointed  :'(

Seriously though, if it had a coffee cup next to it wouldn't expect that to be included. If I was buying a jumper I wouldn't expect a pair of jeans and t shirt to be included.

Laptops don't come with a mouse and the product photos rarely shown them, however, its very common for 2 in 1 laptops to include a stylus in the pack, hence the photos are a bit misleading IMO

Cracking laptop by the way and thanks to all for comments

None of the pictures show that it has a power supply or any cables, so did you assume it didn't come with them?

Presumably you didn't, as most wouldn't expect a "bare laptop only" laptop, so why would you assume it comes with a stylus?

These are stock pictures and need to be viewed as such.  I'd certainly expect a stylus to not be included and would check to see that it was if it was a feature I cared about.

Seriously, as said the photo also shows 3 other Zenbooks, did you ask for them too?

It's obviously a stock photo, False advertising would ber them claiming to include the pen but they do the opposite.

    Read the description next time.
Wow , I would expect this type of frosty response on gaming forums but not mss. My first and last post
Oh, I am sorry to hear that. Yes, it can be rough on here! That's why I tend to, if at all possible, just comment and try my best (you can report a comment to the mse team by the way, if you think it's harsh, unfriendly or rude) and then never return to that thread ever again. (Sometimes I do but very rarely.) Some people can be really frosty as you say. I did have a couple of people - at separate times - who appeared to be following me around the forum. Then they'd leave me a nasty comment about a comment I'd made in an attempt to help someone. I reported both of them. The premise of this forum is that we are all friendly, respectful and helpful to everyone. I'm so sorry that you've been treated unkindly. Especially when you started off with such a cheery little message.

I know some people are trying to be jokey - but there are others that really aren't.

Fully agree you should but technically in this case there is no explicit "whats in the box" section only a "what accessories" and if you were reliant on whats on the page alone you'd be expecting not to receive a power adapter as no where does the page mention it... though clearly better to receive an unexpected bonus item than not receive something you thought you would be
