Laptop missing Accessories

Hi, I recently bought a ASUS ZenBook Flip 13 Convertible Laptop from John Lewis, the images on the website clearly show a stylus with the laptop, however, I have been advised by JL that it is not included and will not be provided - is there anything I can do, is this not false advertising?

Under accessories included it states USB-C to audio jack adapter, nothing else.
ETA: There are reviews on there where people have written there is no stylus too. (Though unsure when you bought your product, so the reviews may not have been there).

Not sure which model you have but the small print of UX 363 says included ............."along with an included active stylus pen,". as part of the Windows 11 upgradeNever pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill1

The picture shows four of them - did you think you were getting four?6

Though it can be annoying you *always* need to check the specific details vs the picture. This is something we know and act on already - the picture above also shows 4 laptops, I doubt you were surprised your box only held one.2

It is presumably this one:
ASUS ZenBook Flip 13 Convertible Laptop, Intel Core i5 Processor, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 13.3" Full HD Touchscreen, Pine Grey (johnlewis.com) ?
I'd assume you arent "alexander" who is the top listed review and happens to give a low score and point out the image is misleading as no pen included.
The description doesnt mention a pen and the full spec confirms the only accessory included is the USB-C convertor. The only pictures where the pen is show are either the stylised one above showing 4 laptops or the one of someone using the device. The main picture doesnt show a pen unlike the other two ZenBook Flips which the description states a pen is included and the main image includes it.
It is common for companies to show other products in the same image as the core product, particularly on secondary photos...
this is a photo on a site selling the jacket... you dont get the jumper, shirt, jeans or belt with the jacket (nor the model) but they dont use a naked person to model it.
Presumably you have just received it and bought online so can return it if you arent happy it doesnt include a pen but personally think calling it misselling is a stretch and there were plenty of ways of seeing it didnt include it despite the secondary photos

Surely you could send it back for a refund if you aren't happy with it.1

yes I did very disappointed :'(cx6 said:The picture shows four of them - did you think you were getting four?
Seriously though, if it had a coffee cup next to it wouldn't expect that to be included. If I was buying a jumper I wouldn't expect a pair of jeans and t shirt to be included.
Laptops don't come with a mouse and the product photos rarely shown them, however, its very common for 2 in 1 laptops to include a stylus in the pack, hence the photos are a bit misleading IMO
Cracking laptop by the way and thanks to all for comments

Seriously, as said the photo also shows 3 other Zenbooks, did you ask for them too?
It's obviously a stock photo, False advertising would ber them claiming to include the pen but they do the opposite.
Read the description next time.1 -
Wow , I would expect this type of frosty response on gaming forums but not mss. My first and last postbris said:Seriously, as said the photo also shows 3 other Zenbooks, did you ask for them too?

I think the photo is misleading. it looks to me like the same model laptop shown in different configurations.. laptop, tablet, tent etc.
This is a hybrid laptop and had i seen it I would have thought the stylus was shown as included as part of the touchscreen functionality. It does seem a bit mean of them not to include a basic stylus which surely woudn't be expensive.1
