Regarding the SAR angle. It's doesn't negate any liability, BUT it's worth noting and including in your evidence especially if their slow response delayed you in writing an effective and accurate defence.
In my case the PPC deliberately ignored/ dodged questions, withheld data that was crucial to the case (refused the ANPR log) and unable to answer questions in regards to their rule bending - charging me for exceeding a 10 min grace period when the contract said 15 mins etc. So I evidenced the Email trail between their DPO and I to evidence their corrupt, non transparent and obstructive behaviour to the court.3 -
            Hi all
having heard nothing for months, out of the blue I received an email yesterday from NCP Data protection asking if I still needed the SAR actioned. I responded this was not required if the PCN was withdrawn. They have today confirmed the PCN is withdrawn. This has taken just over a year since the original date of parking. Many Thanks to you all for your help and advice.1 -

Send that email to BW Legal and ask for confirmation that they have returned the file to NCP and have erased (or will now erase) all records of your data.Jimbobaroobob said:Hi all
