I think that's the crux of it, if you ignored the fault, got home and then called them, then they were responding to a historical fault (especially if it happened a few days earlier).

You've no way of proving when the damage was done, beyond it being after the "stop immediately" warning. Bits fell off on the AA drive, but the damage could well have been done before then.

Hindsight is great and all, but you really should have stopped the car as soon as safe, and called the AA to recover you from there. If you were local to home then walking home with the toddler would have made more sense.

Your best bet is seeing how much you can get a garage to fit a reconditioned engine and try and make the most of it.

Yes, I agree. However that is not my point here. I am not saying I have no responsible here. However AA's wrong instruction has made things worse giving the fact of "loud noise, burning smell, stalling,  3 error codes to 4 error codes".  AA doesn't not only refuse for take any responsibility but also humiliating me by saying I called them with pre-existing fault!

    From OP.
my car showed `low engine oil` pressure on dash board when I was driving, I filled some engine oil but didn't help. The car was having difficulty to accelerate and could only travel at 30 MPH at most. It also showed "stop immediately" . I drove home and called the AA telling them what happened.

So you drove home & then called them = Pre existing fault. Had you called them from the roadside. That make it a new fault..

And what is all this day 1, day 11, day 14?
The O/P seems to have interpreted it to suit themselves.  The bit in quotes should be "low engine oil pressure", which is a different thing entire to "low engine oil" (granted they had pressure after the quotes).

Years ago i'd a perfectly viable Vauxhall Zafira and the oil pressure light came on.  Against my better judgement i chose to drive it home which was a couple of miles down the road.  By the time i got it there the engine was rattling like a bag full of spanners.  Got a mechanic out however the damage was by then done - either new engine or get the current one out and stripped and rebuilt.  Driving those couple of miles saved me some time at the time, but cost me £,£££s.

Theres the evidence it was a preexisting fault.

If your engine had got to the point of only being capable of 30MPH the damage was by then done.

Sadly, i've been there, got the T shirt on that one too.

You're wasting your time pursuing it.

It looks like the vehicle was in "limp mode" as something was not right. Modern vehicles do that to avoid further engine damage. AA will argue that there was already an issue but you obviously will argue that you followed the expert advice to drive the vehicle. It's a tricky one as the vehicle had been driven in that state before AA turned up.

If you're happy to gather evidence and reach a final "No liability" communication from AA, you always have the option to go down the legal path after that. It'll cost you and there is no guarantee you will win.

Decide the route you want to take based on your personal circumstances and good luck.
