TUI - Problem with Flight Delay Compensation Form

The online TUI flight delay compensation form appears to be deactivated and is preventing me from submitting a claim. I have tried various browsers on my PC and Smart Phone with no success. Has anyone else encountered similar problems and could you advise a workable solution. General contact with TUI has been extremely difficult.

I am also having trouble with TUI flight compensation form. Eventually spoke to someone at TUI who couldn’t help. Said there was issues with the form they were aware and told to be patient. Still not working and get the impression TUI don’t want it to be working.

Presumably the OP managed to gain access at some point as they haven’t returned to the thread to report continuing problems.  Perhaps try later, try from a different browser.
