Have just checked the menu plan for tomorrow and taken out:  some spinach which will be chopped to go into my scrambled eggs for breakfast; some mini meatloaves with tomato glaze for lunch and some prawns for a Goan curry tomorrow night plus a couple of HM samosas.  Also got out a "puck" of light coconut milk.

I'm not doing too well at this using up stocks business:
In: three packets of cereal bars, 1 packet biscuits, 1 sesame seed crackers, 2 boxes cappuccinos, bunch of grapes, 2 jars peanut butter, box of lunchbox smoothies... mostly of these are to eat while at work. Marmalade.
Out: fractions of the above, stilton (though I hope to replenish that soon), jar of jam.

I even forgot to take a ready meal to work so used up an emergency tin of macaroni cheese from my locker but the ready meal would have given a bit of freezer space and fed me better.

Yesterdays batch cooking and frozen today was 3 x portions of braising steak, with veg and gravy.
There should have been 4 portions but one got eaten last night by DH and I had cauliflower cheese as the cauliflower needed using up.

Looked in the fridge for todays batch cooking idea, I've some puff pastry that needs using!!!
