You’ll need dose 3 to enter the EU from 1st Feb too. 

Unless you're thinking of something different, the EU change from next month is to expire primary vaccination status after nine months, i.e. affecting anyone vaccinated before May 2021 (and rolling thereafter) but unboosted since then.  OP, only given his second dose of the primary vaccination last Friday, wouldn't be impacted by these new rules....
