EDF did one year send out emails to people who had previously received a warm Home Discount for being in the broader group. However they only did this for a year or two at the most and it was a few years ago. I'm not a pensioner and got this due to being on UC. Apparently , if I was a pensioner I would have received award automatically according to the page on edf website .
I snoozed and lost out unfortunately . Lesson learnt.I was going to post here yesterday warning people to reapply. Then I found this thread.
my only issue is that imho I should have been reminded by edf .Oh well, worse things in life ..
