Dyson v10 not working

We have a dyson cyclone v10 total clean vacuum, went to use it yesterday from the wall charger Dock and it won't switch on, when pushing the trigger the 3 blue lights come indicating its fully charged so not a battery issue, I've then checked for blockages and there was a bit of dog hair blocking access to the bin but have fully cleared that, also washed the filter and let it fully dry, finally opened the part the going along the carpet but it was alright, after all of this it still won't come on, and ofcourse it is 1month after we received a letter to extend our warranty to which we never done as so close to Xmas.
Any ideas whatever I could try as £350 a lot of money for a short lived vacuum????

Dyson say 3 flashing blue lights when you pull the trigger means it needs charging:

You still have your Consumer Rights against the retailer .

It's not flashing lights, it's a solid blue meaning fully charged

I've actually just looked out the receipt and I've bought it on 16/01/2020.
Is it a 2yr warranty with dyson???0 -
Consumer Rights is not warranty and lasts far longer and is the law against the vendor .

One can use either the warranty (manufacturer) or the consumer rights (against the supplier). After 6 months warranty can be a simpler way (depends on the vendor). An yes, the warranty is 2 years.0

Have you tried the dyson website and looked at their troubleshooting advice?0

I have a Dyson v6 .When your Dyson is charged, no lights should be on at all. That to me, indicates the battery is faulty .Did you register your product when purchased ?I have purchased a replacement battery in the past , and a new bin as the plastic catch broke . I have found the Dyson customer service very helpful and good in the past . I dealt with them on the phone .As mentioned above , check the fault on their website . If you have receipts etc hopefully you won’t have to pay for a replacement.
