Carpetright Issues

I am currently waiting to have a resolution to a complaint I have made to Carpetright. I have attached photos and an outline of the issues. I have requested compensation.
I would appreciate any comments to point me in the right direction for a satisfactory outcome.
I had LVT on room floor and carpet on the stairs. Initial fitting was in May with three return visits for repairs/refitting.
The photos show shoddy workmanship, lack of underlay under the LVT fitted by original fitters, poor application (or no application) of mastic around bathroom fittings, use of mastic to infill poorly fitted LVT against doorframe and skirting etc.
One photo shows a piece of wood found under the LVT and the underlay! The joint kept popping up so the second fitter investigated!
Carpet coming out after 2 days.

Advice please on how to succeed in this situation.
Currently, I am in discussions. Carpetright have offered £150 compensation. I have rejected this and asked for my fitting costs back plus an extended guarantee on the fitting as further issues may arise beyond the 12 month period. The £150 is apparently from the store and any other compensation is from the fitters so the manager will be speaking to them.

Thank you.

How is the order structured?
I suspect you simply went to the store and placed an order with Carpetright.
I also understand if you read the paperwork, it often says Carpertright are supply only and the contract with the fitter is separate and pay the fitter directly.
What is the case for the OP?0 -
You will likely get better replies on the consumer rights board
