I did the AOS and SAR last week.
I have no recollection of the ticket in question but I did used to park there occasionally when I lived close by (until they started ticketing). I've never been to the Bingo there so can't ask for them to cancel. I will have a read of some defences of Highview and post sections 2/3 to see what people think.2 -

Yes that's right. I really am not expecting people to give me all the answers but I'm rather stuck as to what to write on my defence. I cannot remember the time in question. I wasn't at the Bingo, so I didn't have a ticket. You can pay for a ticket using Justpark these days but I remember that wasn't an option back then. I'm still awaiting my SAR but cannot rely on it as it may come back after my defence is due.0

Hi @KeithP. I did file a defence. It didn't go to court, they pulled out a couple of weeks ago.2
