Feeling under the weather at the moment, but I suppose that's winter for you. The weekend was lovely, we went to the cinema on Saturday (watched 'Parallel Mothers'), and saw Mr julicorn's family for a bit on Sunday. We still have a bit of tidying and cleaning to do to prep for the open day, and before we go away on holiday. The freeholder is also coming over on Thursday to discuss plans for the building with us and the other leaseholders - gonna be a bit of a weird one because things shouldn't affect us all that much, so chances are we'll have very few opinions (on anything that wouldn't cause issues with the sale, that is). I've also started looking into interior design stuff a bit more again, I want to pick up my course again properly this month I think it's the excitement of looking to move somewhere else, and having an opportunity to design the rooms from scratch again.
On the mortgage front, our current balance is ~£88,500, which minus the house buying savings pot leaves us under £60k. Mr julicorn has asked for a pay rise at work as well, they're just taking their sweet time getting back to him. Gonna just keep those fingers crossed, a bit of wiggle room can't hurt.

That's right, and we will be at Center Parcs at the same time, haha! It all feels a little surreal. I hope we'll get a half decent offer, latest I heard was 11 viewings booked.

It's all very exciting yay! I hope they like our little flat. (On a side note, I now realise why it's generally recommended for estate agents to do the viewings - I don't think I could bare showing anyone around who didn't totally love it, haha! )
