That doesn't work for me (I have an Android), but I have just downloaded an app called "Screenshot touch" for any future occasion.  Nothing like locking the stable door...

My phone is android and the three fingers thing works on it. My android tablet is different though, you have to swipe down from the top and access the screenshot button from there.

Mine's a Motorola Moto G7, and I have just tried all possible ways of applying three fingers to the screen (together, splayed, at the same moment or fractionally in sequence) and all are ignored.  I guess it varies phone by phone.

    Hi Molly,
I have a Motorola and I had to enable the 3 finger screenshot.
I went to settings - display - advanced - three-finger screenshot - then you have to enable it.  You have an opportunity to try it out to make sure it's for you.
Well done on successfully chasing your missing credit.

Wow, I never knew that was there!  Many thanks, Sonja - that should come in very handy.
  • I managed to get a full board except enter the one million SB giveaway which won't tick off, does anyone else have this problem?

I haven't got a magic receipt, so didn't bother with the giveaway;  but I would suggest that you take a screenshot of the Swago, and of your Activity Log showing the purchase of the giveaway entry, and raise a ticket with Customer Services claiming your full 300SB - or, if you are going to submit for the perimeter only, claim just the difference between the two.
  • Thank you for your help but I think Swagbucks is doing their best to try and wind me up, I'm trying to submit a ticket but when I ever click on the date it says "Please allow at least 2 business days to process before inquiring about potential issues" and I click on understand the page automatically closes down before I've entered any other detail! Submitting my Swagoboard should have taken two seconds and I'm wasting too much time on this rubbish website...

I’m finding Swagbucks bad today. Either kicked off immediately or after answering loads or the 5 minute survey that opens to say it’s 30 minutes. Giving up today.
