  • I've just completed Survey 121129287 which was a question about which subjects I would choose if I had a streaming method.  It was supposed to be 20 minutes, but was just a few minutes for 100sbs.

Ah yes, those Userzoom surveys can be very good value.  On their own web site, surveys are worth either $1 or $5, so a short one for 100SB = £1 actually works out better than doing them direct!

There seem to be more and more surveys taking longer than suggested. One today, I never got the number of it, but Swagbucks said 10 minutes but survey when opened said around 30 minutes. I closed it.
This seems to be happening on lots of sites, not just SB
Actual survey sites I still use such as pinecone (£3 a time) and consumer pulse (50p per item) have been rewarding as usual - just completed a £4 survey on ylive and that took less than the 20 mins a £4 survey should be (£1 per 5 mins).
I can't get onto Pinecone, apparently its invitation only. Not heard of the other 2, I'll have to look them up.
Sometimes Pinecone have join links on sites like the pickmypostcode site.
Consumer pulse (my favourite for ages -  £140 + a year) is invite only "Please note at present it is not possible to join the panel, the panel is by invite only. If you do wish to register your interest in helping with this or other research projects, please click here.
    Ylive was previously PopulusLive https://www.ylive-community.com/

This morning I was offered a 40 minute survey for 200SB, on my phone app - it never appeared on my desktop browser.  I normally wouldn't do one on the phone, but I had had almost nothing in the way of earnings this morning, so I went for it.  It was about holidays, and one's likelihood to take cruises with different types of cruise lines, and their associations with hotels, airlines etc.
It took ages, because of the fiddliness of typing and scrolling on the phone, but I worked my way through to the end, and decided I had better take a screenshot - which I have hardly ever done on my phone.  I knew that it was a matter of pressing Power and Volume Down together;  I was afraid of pressing Power first and switching it off, but eventually I heard a click which meant that the screenshot had got taken.  Using both hands to press the tiny buttons meant that I had not been able to look at the screen while I was doing it - but when I turned the phone back to face me, the survey had gone back to the very first page!  Worst of all, when I looked at the screenshot, it too was of the very first page.
200SB is worth making an effort for.  I raised a ticket, explained that I did not have a screenshot in support of the ticket because the survey had gone back to the first page, and appealed for a manual credit.  I didn't hold my breath, of course.  But after 45 minutes or so there was an e-mail saying they had credited me!  Very, very pleased.

Good news about the credit. Not sure if it works on all phones but I can hold 3 fingers down directly on the screen and that will take a screenshot. I find it easier and less fiddly than playing about with volume and power buttons
