For a long time TheoremReach had been saying "No further surveys available" (no idea why I was banned) but I just tried again and they've returned for me. Not sure whether the ban was only for a certain amount of time or whether they've had a bit of a reset lately.

Yes, for me too!  At first I checked Peanuts, which still says "This Account has been Permanently Suspended", but Theorem Reach is now offering me surveys again.  Fingers crossed!

I find the slots the most tedious!  But I’ve never missed out on a payment

can’t find the Merge Dragons one though.

I am doing the Merge Dragons. I’m just concerned at how few levels I can do per day as I only get two videos and there is no other way of getting extra chalices. The levels are so easy though.

As long as you can check in a few times a day and play once the chalices are replete, you can manage it. The other thing is to read up on the timed challenge levels on Reddit before you do it so you don't waste chalices having to repeat the challenge.
