Just checked and I didn't get paid the 1SB either , although the DQ screen came up with +1sb.  

I wonder if that's why sometimes one receives a total of 4 SB for DQs but then get message for later DQs saying you have reached maximum number of paid DQs (when maximum should be 5).

I don't know, just generally do one to tick to-do list.  Just completed a survey on CPX and that hasn't credited either.

Awarded the 1SB first time I tried it (5th July) but not since.

I haven't bothered with it again as it's only 1SB but looked just now and the bits related to the offer include  "Search for jobs weekly to earn 1 SB.*"
