Hi, I posted this in main room but got directed here. I have been using swagbucks for about 2 months and things were going well. However today I have gone to do the daily tasks and my account has been deactivated. I have had no warnings or an email to say why it was deactivated.

I have submitted a ticket to see if they will reinstate it but just seeing if this is a common issue and if likely to open it back up?

I don't know why they would ban it other than I did a lot of the high paying game offers and withdrew immediately? Annoying as I had £50 offer pending.

Feeling pretty annoyed.

It's not uncommon, you'll have to see what their reply is. I doubt they will properly explain why you were banned, it will just be some vague wording about T&Cs, but if you're polite and explain you didn't do anything wrong it's probable they'll lift the ban and treat it as a slap on the wrists or first warning. I've seen others say this has happened too - many times actually.

Wouldn't it be possible to set up a new account? New e-mail and paypal etc.

Ok you'd lose your previous 'status' but it must be worth a go.

It was ok for me in the end after emailing them.

I did mention it to admin at MSE at the same time

SB site keeps crashing when I try to login, annoying Google Captcha requires a million of clicks just to tell me the details are incorrect or to deliver a blank screen. SB website is full of bugs. Anyone else experiencing this?

Not here.  What hardware are you using (desktop, laptop, tablet, phone);  which operating system;  which browser?  Have you cleared down any bloat in your browser recently?
