  • I just use mine to pay an extra tenner of the electric bill, are there any bills you could use it for?

  • I’ve got a question about Swago - What does it mean when you have to visit a store and ‘active a SwagButton banner’. Where on the store’s webpage are these?

The SwagButton is an extension that has to be added (https://www.swagbucks.com/extension).  After I have added it to Chrome when I visit the store webpage I get a pop-up in the top-right corner of my screen which I have to click to activate.
  • Hi, I started using Swagbucks last week and qualified for the £20 MSE bonus today. Just gone to log in to redeem and it says my account has been deactivated? I’ve been using it earlier today with no issue :( tried to contact customer support and it won’t even send my message

For ages it has annoyed me that the John Lewis gift card is stated to be redeemable only on-line at johnlewis.com.  But yesterday I thought to follow the link below it to the John Lewis T&Cs, and I found that, despite what Swagbucks said about it, the card can be redeemed, either in-store or on-line, at either John Lewis or Waitrose.   So I redeemed some SB for a couple, which were happily accepted in Waitrose this morning.  (OK, they are a tiny bit more expensive in SB than the Tesco gift cards, but I use Waitrose much more than Tesco so it's worth it to me.)
I had no idea JL were an option. These used to be my preferred vouchers years ago and I thought they stopped them

Had a 450SB claim rejected because I 'didnt meet the criteria' - all you had to do was download a game and complete level 11 in 14 days, I reached level 12 in 10 days but no, not good enough apparently. Sigh.

Did a really easy offer for 10,000SB earlier - download the markets.com app through a SB link, sign up and deposit £100. That's it. Didn't have to make any trades and it went pending about a minute after I deposited. Withdrew the £100 straight away, only downside is it shows as pending for 32 days, but it's about £72 for free once it clears.

With the Markets.com offer, did you manage to completely close your account after withdrawing the money? I've just done some research on them and they charge $10 per month for inactivity on accounts after 3 months. I've also read that in some cases, these fees have started occurring while people are having trouble logging in and their fees have racked up.

I've had a 35000 SB casino game not credit after many hours of play. Same form another - can't remember the amount. A whole list of reasons why I might not have been eligible for the SB but none of them actually applied to me. They were through third-party offers so couldn't do anything about it. I avoid third-party ones completely now as they're so unreliable.  I haven't had a problem with offers crediting when directly from SB... yet.
